🌸 Registration & Arrival
Registration begins at 7:30 am and the programming will begin at 9am. We will begin promptly at 9am so please be sure to arrive and be seated early
The event is set to conclude at 4pm. Please plan on staying that entire time out of respect for the speakers. We would love for you to utilize this time for networking, growth, and be sure to check out the vendors that truly help support this event!
🌸 Networking
Please be sure to bring your business cards (or digital business cards) to share. We highly encourage networking and meeting new people in a no pressure way. We will have several sessions, opportunities, and helpful resources to make the most of your event experience. A directory of attendees will be provided after the event if you are not able to connect with everyone.
🌸 Dress Code: Business Casual
We encourage all attendees to dress in business casual attire. This typically includes slacks or khakis, dress shirts or blouses, polo shirts, dresses, and skirts. Jackets and ties are optional. Please avoid jeans, shorts, t-shirts, flip flops, and athletic wear to maintain a polished and professional atmosphere.

We will be located in Section B: Conference Center, 4th Floor, Grand Ballroom. We will have greeters at the closest entrance directing people where to go. Parking is free! It is Rib and Wing Fest at Seven Springs so you may need to park in the auxuillary parking lot and ride the shuttle to the building. Please allocate time for this.

🌸 Spa Certificates
All attendees will receive 20% off spa services at Trillium Spa at Seven Springs. Certificates will be sent prior to the event to all those who registered. You can call the spa to reserve your service anytime from July 9 through December 31, 2026.
🌸 Accommodations
If you are planning on staying over, don't forget about the group rate/discount for any accommodations on the property. All attendees will receive additional information about booking upon registration.

By attending The EmpowerHER Summit, you consent to being photographed and recorded. Images and footage may be used for promotional purposes by the committee.
